Walking in the Woods

I find walking in the woods particularly useful when I feel overtaken by grief or anger. First, it allows me to release some physical energy, even if I walk at a slow pace. Second, it gets me out of my normal environment, away from distraction, and offers an easy space for me to connect with the present moment.
