Sometimes we experience aversion to our own behavior—commonly showing forgetfulness, absent-mindedness, hypersensitivity, and irritability—and sometimes our aversion is toward other people. Instead of ostracizing yourself for these natural reactions, first acknowledge them and then get curious about how they feel in your body.
