Avoid the Battle With Your Body

If you find sitting on the floor leads to a constant battle with your body, give yourself a break and sit in a chair. Most of us are not accustomed to sitting in lotus position, but this should not be a hindrance to your practice. If you choose a chair, try to avoid leaning back against the backrest, and instead mindfully hold yourself upright.
