FREE GUIDE TO COPE WITH GRIEF & LOSS
about the founder
Inspired by my own journey of love, loss, & posttraumatic growth.
When I was just 7 years old my mother took me out of school and told me that my uncle had died by suicide. That moment was not only heartbreaking, but was the start of a grief journey that would include many losses coupled with a desire to help others navigate the mine field of grief.

The Mindfulness & Grief System
There is no right or wrong way to cope with grief—as long as you are not causing yourself harm. It is a natural process that all of us experience in our own way.
The 5 Stages of Grief are not what pop culture makes them out to be. Dr. Kubler-Ross addressed that herself in the introduction to her seminal book.
Time is not what heals grief either. It is what you do with your time that matters.
Rooted in the ancient practices of mindfulness and meditation and blended with modern grief research and best practices, The Mindfulness & Grief System offers a step-by-step approach to grief, with plenty of built in space for you to grieve YOUR way.
From coping with the initial blow to making meaning and building resilience for all of life's losses, these 8 modules can be your lamp in the darkness, and invite you to spend your time wisely as you engage in your grief-work.
