FREE GRIEF WORKSHOP
Are you ready to go beyond just coping with grief and actually cultivate a healthy lifestyle based on self-compassion and self-care?
I know it may seem far-fetched when you are in the throes of grief, but transformation is possible. Of course no one chooses to be in the grief-club, but given that we are here, why not learn how to manage our anxiety and stress so we can suffer less, honor our loved ones, and live our life with more purpose and meaning?
When you join me for this one-hour free grief workshop, I will share with you how the Meditation for Grief System can help you not only cope with grief, but cultivate the 5 Domains of Posttraumatic Growth. We will take a look at the contemporary grief research as it applies to time-tested meditation tools designed to reduce suffering.
One you register you will receive a worksheet to download so note-taking will be easy, as well as a FREE GUIDED MEDITATION just for signing up! Attend the workshop and stay until the end for even more support.
In the 15 years I have been helping bereaved people cope with grief and reengage with life after loss, I have seen radical self-care and lifestyle changes. I hope you will take the first step and join me for this free online event.
See you soon!
