Led by Heather Stang MA, the author of Mindfulness & Grief, this 8 week group is designed to help your body, mind and spirit recover from stress caused by the death or dying process of a loved one. Mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, guided relaxation and expressive arts, such as collage and journaling, will help you cope with life after loss.
